Ready By 21 Collaborative Network
C&M led the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta’s (UWMA) strategic planning process for its Education Leadership Council, known as the Ready by 21 Collaborative Network.
The consultancy included planning and facilitating stakeholder meetings to solicit input from a broad and diverse group of organizations, institutions and government agencies from metropolitan Atlanta’s education sector.

Analysis of Investment Strategy Impact
C&M designed and facilitated a series of focus groups to help The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta evaluate their impact on strengthening the region’s non-profits and inform future grant making and accountability.
Assessment of Partnership Options
C&M assisted the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) and the Metropolitan Atlanta Arts and Culture Coalition (MAACC) in exploring a formal relationship to develop a regional arts and culture agenda in the portfolio of services provided by ARC, Atlanta’s metropolitan planning agency.

Strategic Planning
In December of 2010 an Atlanta University Center Consortium (through Morehouse School of Medicine / United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta partnership) received a $500,000 planning grant from the U.S. Department of Education to create an Atlanta Promise Neighborhood.
C & M facilitated the strategic planning process, which required the collaboration of multiple partners, agencies, organizations and residents.

San Antonio Eastside Reinvestment Summit
