Syrena Williams holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University.

She brings more than ten years of employee relations experience to the C&M team when clients are in need of human and business development services. Ms. Williams’ combination of business experience and legal expertise supports the seamless development and implementation of strategies and techniques to advance a company’s mission and shareholders’ interests.

Ms. Williams’ experience as a Human Resources Director for several companies includes providing general management support, assessing workforce skill gaps, designing and delivering employee development workshops, administering dispute resolution strategies, and providing one-on-one coaching to assure effective human resource management. A certified mediator, Ms. Williams has extensive expertise in assisting organizations with identifying and resolving challenges, issues and conflicts that negatively impede growth and development in the work environment.

Syrena is actively involved in various civic activities in her native city of Durham, North Carolina.She is keenly committed to helping her community develop and grow.Her belief that educating people builds a strong community led her to design and facilitate skill enhancement workshops and do-it-yourself law clinics which are attended by small business owners, employees of various size companies and residents seeking personal growth and knowledge.
