He is an accomplished facilitator and trainer, having facilitated strategic planning sessions for non-profit organizations and trained employees of corporations engaged in major enterprise systems and software transformation initiatives.
Mr. Axam has over eight years of experience employing his extensive information technology expertise and publishing/project management software proficiency as a publishing and project management consultant. He specializes in the development of graphic presentations and communication vehicles for public consumption and in providing the IT infrastructure support required to create and coordinate critical path schedules for resource allocation planning and project monitoring.
Mr. Axam also anchors the application of mediation services for interventions requiring conflict resolution.
